Fly Tipping in Church Lane Pitsford

Does anyone recognise this type of rubbish? Does anyone know of a similar dumping or source? If so please contact clerk@pitsfordparishcouncil.org.uk The problem is normally along the main road, why choose outside a house in a quiet road!
